My girlfriend and I are going to Bonnaroo. We have a small camping trailer to pick up on the way down. We're camping in the RV lot. But we don't have a vehicle that can tow. Is anyone in New England driving down with a tow-capable vehicle and room for us to carpool? We will gladly pay for all the gas in exchange for your help. We'll also need to travel back together. We are 25/26 cool responsible people. We live near Boston, MA. We want to leave Tuesday, arrive Wednesday, and leave Monday morning to return home. Please respond to the post and/or send me a pm if you are interested.
Greetings! I am driving to Bonnaroo from West Field, New Jersey (closest city is Elizabeth or Union).
My car can not tow and you'd half to come south to meet me, but fit you don't find anyone who fits your needs better then I'd love to help yall with the ride south.
I am a student attending college on a full scholarship ride. If we were to get pulled over and arrested for anything, I would get expelled from school and loose all of my scholarships. Thus-no substances, sorry >.<! I'm very easy going and am looking to share gas/driving and good times,

Hey hey!! Wasshakin, kids? Where are you picking up this trailer? I'm in Manchester NH, going right past Boston (I work in Cambridge, actually). I just put a tow hitch on my 2008 JEEP Wrangler Unlimited X 4-door...I believe it is rated at 3500 lbs towing capacity. The reason I had the hitch put on is because I also purchased a cargo basket to mount on the back. I'm planning on putting quite a bit of gear on it, and I'm also going down with 3 other people, so...they have their gear too. We are doing the TENT CITY option this year (http://www.bonnaroo.com/tentcity/Default.aspx).
So...for this to work, we'd have to follow each other down, and you would hafta haul some of our gear (and the cargo basket - or maybe I could ditch the cargo basket altogether if we could work something out where you could just meet me where I work in Cambridge, and I could just load up our gear into your car there. What kinda vehicle are you driving down? Can you even fit anyone else's gear in it? It would prolly be one HUGE cooler...and one HUGE tote...but that is pretty much all our community gear...tarps, etc. I pride myself on having a Captain Kick Ass campsite...and we'd be pretty much screwed without it. And just so you know...we are estimating gas costs to be about $500 round trip...and that is WITHOUT the additional tow weight! Me and my crew are also cool, chill, respectful and honorable people...So...I dunno how this sounds...lemme know...

Shit...I just re-read your post...I didn't realize you weren't driving another vehicle down...that you also needed a ride as well...my apologies new friends...but my car is full...sorry man...
