Was gonna reply earlier, but could not find my old log-in info, had to re register.
koa is the bomb! My family has been doing roo this way for 5 or 6 years now, and I've done it 3 years off and on. Pool, showers, power at the camp site, etc. Honestly, it's embarrassing how comfortable and easy it is. I've camped in the lot 4 or 5 times, and quite frankly prefer the atmosphere and camaraderie in the lot when you bring enough cars. But I do the koa thing when I can afford it. You'll see twice the music and won't be worn out by sunday morning.

How much did it cost for camping? Did you tent camp, RV or use one of the cabins? I am debating between doing an RV at Roo, or renting a cabin at KOA next year. I was so dog tired these last two years, not wanting to go to bed before 4am so I can hit the great late night acts, but not being able to sleep past 8am because the sun was burning my *ss every morning right through my tent. (literally burning my *ss man)
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
