I was looking for a ride before but my plans have shifted a bit and am now looking for riders! I've been rounding up a bunch of New Yorkers/Jersey people and almost have a full car. I'm now looking to fill up my empty seats to help with gas. Here's my plan:
I'm going to be taking my Acura MDX which has 8 seats and gets about 20mpg. The total gas should be roughly $300 (not including tolls, etc.) so split 5 ways will be about $60 each and 8 ways about $40 each. Right now I have tentatively 4 riders so I'm in the market for a few more.
I'm going to be leaving Albany, NY on the 8th so we can get to the fest and hang out all day Wednesday the 9th. I can pick up anybody whose on the way or anybody willing to meet me on the way. Obviously the closer to me the better so we can split gas more fairly.
If you're interested at all or are planning on coming with me post here for details and so we can all meet each other =) I'm hoping we have a good group and we can all camp/party with each other.
As far as intros: I'm 22, male, easy going, and pretty good at festivals/camping =) This will be my first 'roo but I've been to lots of fests including the last 4 Coachellas. I'm going to be volunteering this year through WET.

I got me and my friend for sure (and possibly two other friends but not sure if they are really going) desperately looking for rides right now. we are from north jersey/nyc. we are a group of four and we are all willing to throw down gas and whatnot.
