plshaa! He's talking about an Internet Relay Chat room. It's not something you can find on an webpage. You need to download an IRC program to access it.

We have a live chat room setup on IRC: #bonnaroo on undernet...
For those who do not know what IRC is (Internet Relay Chat), it's a standard chat room protocol... A good client is mIRC. Just go to www.mirc.com click 'download mIRC', install and open. Once opened click on file, then options... under "IRC servers" choose "Random Undernet server", then ok. Then click the connect icon, or file, connect. Once connected, type in:
"We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box."
