I'm a seasoned festival veteran from near Detroit, Michigan. I recently started a job here in Galveston, Texas six weeks ago and somehow still managed to get the time off needed to go to Bonnaroo this year... the trouble is my boss might not let me use the company truck like he said he might. So tonight I'm here in Galveston wondering how the heck I'm getting there next week.
I would love to join a carpool and split gas costs and driving duties, or if I DO get the use of the company truck I would really like to pick up a passenger (or maybe two) to help keep costs down for us all. I could very well get myself to Houston without the truck but I don't think I'll be able to get much further north than that. OR I'll be able to pick up a passenger or two along my route (again, IF I get to use the truck). I plan to leave probably Wednesday night or early Thursday morning, but that's flexible of course. Desperation sucks.
Are you interested? Might you know someone who might be? Any help here in any way possible would be greatly appreciated. This is my third and possibly LAST Bonnaroo and I would really like to make this one count!
Hey, we have room for one leaving from houston wednesday night and coming back on Monday morning. Right now its me, my brother and a friend and we are looking for someone else to split gas with.
