I know there will be cpu's set up at roo for us to use! What i'm wondering is.... how restricted is the use??? If i bring a re-writable disc, will i be able to go pull my pics off my digi-cam and burn them, thus making space for more pics. I wanna take as many as possible!!! And i just know that the two cards i have won't be enough room unless i take em at a lower resolution... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
Last year the AOL computer tent had very long lines, and I figured I would skip the whole thing. I bet this year they will have more cpu's set up...I dont know what software would be installed for your dl and burning needs, but the computers were time-limited per user.

I would love to have a laptop to dump pics on. I guess I will have to be satisfied with having two memory cards. I think I can still get about 100 good quality pics. How strict are they on cameras? I remember seeing some last year, but this year I have one with a telephoto lens. Do think I will have a problem? I would hate to walk all the way to centeroo and not be able to take it in.
i see a couple of cracked lcd screens on laptops every summer when students 'forget' their laptops in their car during the day......if you are going to bring them make sure you keep tabs on how hot the storage area is going to be........leaving it in the car all day is probably going to be a bad idea......and those screens dont come cheap.......
Would you mind if I used your laptop as well!!!! You could either send em to me later, i'll burn em there if you've got a burner in it. I've got a power converter in my van!
