I will be bringing a Turkey Fryer for water boiling and I will use it for FBC (Freezer Bag Cooking) and for lobster boils and corn. We will be enjoying my curry chicken among other dishes. Oh, I will be bringing a small grill for grilled pizzas. Yeay....
I am bringing my road master grill, a coffee maker, a camp toaster , about 10 cans of corned beef hash, bacon, 2 dozen eggs, and maybe some pancake mix....breakfast is the most important meal!!
I always feel like it's way too hot to really cook at Bonnaroo. This year we're just bringing some canned beans, microwavable rice, pico, and tortillas to "cook". Should be easy, fast, and kinda healthy
We cook a big bag of fajita chicken ahead of time, and throw it in the cooler with a couple of bags of tortillas, a bag of shredded cheese, some raw veggies and salsa. We carry wraps into Centeroo every morning, and eat in the venue in the evening. I carry a propane stove to boil water for coffee and oatmeal, but that's the extent of our cooking.

Here's my plan, I have a little single burner stove.
English Muffins ham slices or sausage patty cheese slices eggs butter
Figure I can pan grill the muffin, the ham, and the egg. Make a breakfast sandwich with a slice of cheese. shouldn't need any plates or flatware other then a spatula to cook. Wipe it off and the pan and I should be good to go.
I did the PB&J/pre-made sandwiches thing the first couple years, and I got tired of it after the first day. Not to mention all of the sandwiches would get smashed when trying to transport.

My neighbors last year brought a charcoal grill and ground beef to make hamburgers. The cooler didn't keep the beef cool enough to stay together when they smashed it into patties and the meat fell between the grates on the grill and they threw the whole rig away in disgust.
I take a small two burner propane camp stove that uses the small green coleman propane canisters. It's perfect and I'm always the envy of my neighbors.
My boyfriend said they had a little propane camping stove when he went with his friends a couple years ago. We aren't bringing one this time because we had too many other camping items we needed to buy. I hope I end up next to some neighbors who cook a lot...I will totally trade some beers for some delicious food =]

yes definitely. Big van with our Camp McClubbin flag. I just finished cooking six quiches, pork roast (a cuban pernil that is.... for pulled pork barbq wraps) and an Asian Coleslaw, the kind with ramen noodles and cabbage...
