Well i feel stupid. But on the subject of headliners, if U2 is on the bill i will be dissapointed. Im really hoping to see phish this year, along with Gorillaz. It seems semi-plausible for Greenday to have a HL spot, ive never heard of them playing a festival before besides 1994 woodstock.
Green Day headlined Lollapalooza last year, and have played any number of European festivals over the years. I don't picture them at Bonnaroo, though.
I have this theory that for the 10th "anniversary" they're going to feature mostly bands that have played the festival before, and that the headliners will be culled from among the biggest/best acts of each genre typically represented. This leads me to think that the headliners will be Phish (biggest "jam" band), Radiohead (biggest indie/modern rock band) and Neil Young (biggest "classic rock/legend" act).
If that's the case then Kanye's our Saturday night What Stage headliner this upcoming year and My Morning Jacket is Friday and no Arcade Fire but The White Stripes make their return.

don't bet on the white stripes. jack's next project is definitely going to be a solo project, though that doesn't rule out a white stripes reunion for bonnaroo. if you see what city i'm located in and do a little research, you should be able to figure out how i know/who told me.
^I know, I was responding to "if you see what city i'm located in and do a little research, you should be able to figure out how i know/who told me." The Greenhornes are from Cincy. Jack White's not even in The Greenhornes.

But seriously, Michael Vick may be on to something here, may have already been discussed ad nauseum, I don't know. Discredit natedogg's statement right now about Jack White since Jack White doesn't know what he's doing two weeks from now, also take Neil Young out and insert Buffalo Springfield since they're touring, and forget about my run on sentences, so here it goes:
I don't usually root for violence, but this was one of my absolute favorite moments as a Red Sox fan. I DETESTED A-Rod. Still do. This was the same game Billy Mueller hit a walk-off three-run home run against Mo, too. I had a drink with my dad for the first time in my life to celebrate this game (16 years old, almost 17, in case you're wondering).
