I want to see the Rolling Stones because I think they would be a good name at number one. Also it helps that they are the second greatest band of all time, and the single greatest rock n roll band of all time.
It's the 10th year so I would bill it as a "Best of Bonnaroo" and have the majority of the acts be Roo veterans. I would spend enough money to have peoples jaws drop when they see the lineup but still be able to make a little money and then cap the ticket sales at 80K. When the festival sells out, that's when you start promoting your late summer/early fall mini fest on the Farm that debuts in 2011. Now put me in charge and let's get this done.

Prince into Daft Punk would be the biggest Bonnaroo dance party ever.
Also Neil Young into Radiohead would be one of the best nights of my life. I think I would just lay in the What Stage field after and curl up into the fetal position sucking my thumb.
This would be my dream top of lineup for the 10th Anniversay:
Neil Young & Crazy Horse · The White Stripes · Daft Punk · My Morning Jacket · Furthur · Jimmy Page · Interpol · Trey Anastasio Band · Allman Brothers Band · Primus · The Roots · Lauryn Hill · Bela Fleck & the Flecktones
Friday Jimmy Page (8-9:45) -> The White Stripes (Headliner 10:15-12) Primus (Which Closer) -> Furthur (Which Late Night)
Saturday Allman Brothers Band -> Neil Young & Crazy Horse (Headliner) -> Daft Punk (What Late Night) Interpol (Which Closer)
Sunday Trey Anastasio & TAB -> My Morning Jacket (Headliner) The Roots (Which Closer)
"All Stars of Bonnaroo" SuperJam Trey Anastasio Les Claypool John Medeski Jeff Coffin Stanton Moore
Others I would like to see: Van Morrison, A Tribe Called Quest, David Gilmour, Levon Helm Band, Arcade Fire, Robert Randolph & the Family Band, Spoon, The Prodigy, Arctic Monkeys, Widespread Panic, Paul McCartney, Rage Against The Machine, The Strokes, Prince, Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds
My speculation would be a Pink Floyd reunion... it would definatly sell out. would like to see Santana and King Crimson on the bill as well followed by Procupine Tree
This would be my dream lineup for the 10th Anniversary.
Friday The White Stripes (Headliner) -> Daft Punk (What Late Night) Primus (Which Closer) -> Trey Anastasio Band or Widespread Panic (Which Late Night)
Saturday Allman Brothers Band -> Neil Young & Crazy Horse (Headliner) Interpol (Which Closer) -> Furthur (Which Late Night)
Sunday Lauryn Hill -> The Roots -> My Morning Jacket (Headliner) Jimmy Page (Which Closer)
This is actually pretty realistic, except for the Friday Which Late night. I don't think they would have anyone on the Which if there is a What late night. Also, it's weird to imagine Page not on the What. But Jeff Beck was in a tent so you never know.
-When I Hear My Name -Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground -Blue Orchid -Passive Manipulation -Red Rain -Death Letter -My Doorbell -Hotel Yorba -Same Boy You've Always Known -Lovesick -Little Ghost -We're Going to Be Friends -The Hardest Button to Button -Black Math -The Nurse -I Just Don't Know What to Do With Myself
Encore: -Ball and Biscuit -Seven Nation Army -Screwdriver

I've tried to make a list of all of the possibilities for people that could headline. Some are a little of a stretch, but most are pretty realistic options. What should we add to it?
Any that already have/My Morning Jacket The Rolling Stones Paul McCartney Ringo Starr Simon and Garfunkle/Paul Simon Roger Waters/David Gilmore/Pink Floyd The Who Eric Clapton Elton John Billy Joel Fleetwood Mac The Eagles Kiss Rush Santana U2 Further Prince Outkast Oasis Green Day Foo Fighters Sound Garden Smashing Pumpkins Aerosmith R.E.M. Rage Against the Machine Depeche Mode Daft Punk Bjork The Killers The Cure Red Hot Chili Peppers Muse Interpol Jane’s Addiction The Strokes The Pixies Pavement Coldplay Gorillaz Guns N Roses David Bowie The Arcade Fire Peter Gabriel Genesis Van Halen Any unlikely reunion that won't/probably won't happen like Talking Heads, Smiths, The Kinks, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin
Yeah I think Wilco has earned the right to headline. That would be nice.
With all due respect, there's no quacking way this would happen.
Why not? They've played the fest a few times already and are certainly getting pretty big. Certainly around the same as MMJ.
I think that we should get a Wilco late night first tho. MMJ killed it at a late night slot twice. Wilco hasn't had a late night (as far as I can tell) and it would be cool to see if they can make a legendary night like other late nights have.
I hope for any two of the following list, 3 - 5 would be unbelievable. Keeping it realistic I expect to see 1 or 2: Paul McCartney Waters or Gilmour Rush Iron Maiden MMJ David Bowie Prince Neil Young and Crazy Horse Arcade Fire Outkast Tom Petty Rolling Stones Daft Punk Edit: I left off the White Stripes

You forgot Radiohead, Neil Young and the Rolling Stones (I don't think the Stones will happen, but it's a possible.
Widespread Panic and Phish might as well be added - WSP might be overkill and Phish is too soon, but they are both a possibility (considering 2011 will be the longest WSP has gone without headlining and Phish is an easy huge jump in ticket sales).
Dispatch is a possibility (they are broken up, but get together occasionally) although I don't think it's likely.
Tom Petty is possible.
Pavement, Interpol, the Pixies aren't headliners; they subheadlined at Coachella (although I'm really hoping and expecting Interpol for next year).
Friday[/u] Headliner: Rush - This would be kind of unexpected and really awesome. Late Night: Daft Punk - Crowd pleaser.
Saturday[/u] Headliner: Paul McCartney - Seems like a perfect way to celebrate ten years. Late Night: Furthur - This might not happen. Phil might still be pissed from when they kicked him off the stage early so Kanye would go on.
Sunday[/u] Headliner: My Morning Jacket - It's time.
Other possibilites:
Arcade Fire or R.E.M. in place of Rush. Trey Anastasio Band in place of Furthur.
And I think 2011's big rap acts will be Dr. Dre and Mos Def.
