NoDepression, my bad it appears Portishead hasn't played T.O. in quite sometime but when they did they played Kool Haus. I don't think they made it here for the last album. I just don't know how much they blew up if at all with that last album. Perhaps with the new one coming in 2011 they will but I still am going to go out on a limb and call Friday or Saturday late night tent slot.
Man I'd pay a lot of money to see them at Massey Hall. Although Kool Haus is ten times better than Sound Academy.

Firday: The Strokes (Pre-headliners), Muse (headline), Furthur (ln which) Saturday: Brian Wilson (pre-h), Elton John and Leon Russell with guests (headline), Lady Gaga (ln What) Sunday: My Morning Jacket (pre-h), Neil Young (headline)

I've decided moving top to bottom lineup wise would be more difficult than jumping around as things hit me. This means the order becomes even less significant because I will fill it in as I go. From now on I will bold the bands that are new to my lineup in every post.
Firday: What: The Strokes > Muse (headline), Which: Furthur (ln)
Saturday: What: Brian Wilson > Elton John and Leon Russell with guests (headline), Lady Gaga (ln)
Sunday: What: Preservation Hall Jazz Band > Buddy Guy > My Morning Jacket > Neil Young (headline)

I think they are too big for Which. Plus if they did in my lineup they would conflict with The Strokes, Brian Wilson, or My Morning Jacket. I don't think Roo would put them against any of these three.
[also on the Black Star tip, 99% sure its an impossibility BUT Reflection Eternal (Talib/Hi-Tek) and Mos Def separately are completely capable of happening, other then $$$ - I would melt if any of them were announced, instant Roo purchase]
The only way Arcade Fire could fit on Which Stage is if they're a late night - and that's exactly where I see them, personally. The only other spot where they could realistically fit is as a What Stage pre-headliner. Or if they ever do the opposing headliner thing again like they did in 2009, then maybe they could fill either David Byrne's or Beastie Boys' spot - but for some reason that seems like more of a stretch.
