ugh...Iam dreading summer 2014...the wife and I have baby plans around that time. I have been the last 3 years and can't imagine getting burntout yet...agreed about the wide eyes open on thursday night

Yea I plan to have a kid with my future wife I haven't met yet in 2022 so I really hope Paul McCartney's zombie corpse doesn't headline because I'm going to miss it.
I have seen so many concerts now at this point in my lifetime that most the shows at roo I have seen before and only a few of them actually stimulate me anymore with excitement most the artists i have seen 6-8 times and i know what trick is up there sleeve or where the jam is going to go that I just dont get into it much anymore.
I agree with in one aspect but not in others I really believe that if you want to be a devoted music fan in this day in age where music is free for all those with an internet account and a hardrive it is important to partake in the physical aspect of seeing shows and seeing bands thrive and decline it's really an interesting study if you look hard enough not to mention the new people that go every year and inject new life into the festival don't get me wrong I love the people who go every year I've gone the last three years for instance because they truly love roo but there's nothing that beats seeing a first timers eyes light up on Thursday night.
I guess I just have a bad habit at run on sentences.
can't tell if korosko was trying to tell ilovefestys to use some commas or nodepression. it seems run on sentences are something that must be done to fit in on this board.
Haha i thought the same thing. I thought he was calling out NoD because of his big one-sentence post, but then ilovefestys apologized and i realized that his was also a big run-on.
