I'm happy to see they pushed it back to the fall. Last year it was in August, which is not very harvesty. August is so damn hot. Of course, nothing will ever compare to the 2008 Harvest Fest. It will live in infamy!

Yessss! This festival will be amazing! LOVE YMSB, Keller Williams, and Railroad Earth! Plus Arkansas is BEAUTIFUL in the fall!!!!!
Keller and the Keels at AllGood was an amazingly good show...
I agree! It was one of my favorite shows of the weekend. The show was great, but it was greater because everyone in our crew was there together (minus one Bunny).
Gahhhhhhhhhhhhh...want to make this one work. Realistically, I'm not sure how I'd be able to pull the time off work around those particular dates, but we'll see!

Just found out there is disc golf at this festival too! bad ass!
I play a lot of basketball, and really any sport that comes along. I love sports, and make a competition out of everything. That being said, I thought disc golf was going to be lame.
I was wrong. It's awesome. If you've never played, and think it sounds like a waste of time, you should break down and give it a try. It's (usually) free, it gets you moving, and it can be both competitive and hilarious.

I'm heading that way! Fall, bluegrass, and Mulberry Mtn. That's a triple win! Can't wait to make hot apple cider and rum and dance around like a hippie.

That's good to know, the chances of me going increase with the number of potential Camp InfoYonder members. I really wish I didn't have to choose between this and MoogFest tho.
EDIT: I should have said "choose between (This and Voodoo) or MoogFest". But, since I put it like that, don't really see how I can give up two fests for one, which is what it'll come down to. So I guess i should start looking into a Voodoo ticket, since I don't think I can volunteer there, but I'm ready to at YH, as soon as the apps are put up.
So, it would seem my intentions are to do two two week road trips, one for Blackwater/Camp Reggae and one for YH/Voodoo. I'm getting pretty effin ambitious, but it seems do-able right now, esp. if I can volunteer at 3 outa 4
^Yay! I even got the hubby convinced to go by promising lots of cold night snuggling and hikes through fall colored woods to waterfalls. I'm so excited for this fest!

There are four or five of us going together you guys are welcome to join us.

I'm sure we'll be wanting to meet up with folks while we're there. We may have to come in a little late depending on his class schedule.

Applications are up at workexchangeteam.com if anyone wants to volunteer for this fest. I'll be sending mine in soon. I think I'm gonna do post-fest for this one. That way I can come in with the Camp InfoYonder crew, work the post-fest, then start making my way in the general direction of NOLA for Voodoo. ;D
This one is going to be pretty great I think, I am ready for a fest in October so I can cool off after this summer. I have done October zoe before and I expect this to be similar so pack some long underwear.

Jess, there are very few things that would make me happier than digging out the long underwear, at least that I wanna talk about on Inforoo.
Oh and ticket prices increase on the 3rd so buy them now if you haven't already! $119 right now for early bird. $139 after the 3rd.
I'm glad I don't have to worry about buying tickets to most of my fests. Volunteering is almost as much fun as the fests a lotta times, sometimes more.
