^9. On the website, it says to round down if you are a half size because they are made to stretch. So I normally wear a 7.5, and I got a 7. They fit perfect.

I just ordered a new pair in a size 6 and printed the label to return my size 7s to Zappos. Just thought I'd post to let people know that they're becoming really hard to find, at least the Women's styles. Zappos didn't have 'em anymore so I checked Sanuk and they didn't have 'em either. Checked every single vendor site listed on Sanuk's website with no luck, ended up going through several pages of Google search results too. Every place I checked either didn't have them or only had them in the color I didn't want or only had them in like...size 5 or 11. FINALLY ended up ordering them from a poorly designed website for some slightly sketchy looking company, haha.
So if anyone out there is still wanting to get a pair of CarpeDM's, do it soon if you can. Apparently it was a "limited time only" sort of deal. (And go with a smaller size if you're having trouble deciding! I'm pretty much ALWAYS a size 7, I never would have guessed that the size 7 Sanuks would be too big on me.)
As PlasticPepper says...they seem to have been manufactured for a very short time and it is REALLY hard to find them now...especially in Women's sizes. If you want a pair in honor of Matt you WILL have to search hard. I know they are they same thing as the Surfer but it just means SOOOO much more to us that know/knew Matt to have the Carpe DM model....I hope they will see the demand and produce more!

My new ones came in the mail today - they fit SO much better than the previous pair! They're soooo comfortable, I love them and want to wear them everywhere. I haven't really worn them anywhere yet or walked around in them much, so hopefully they will be as comfortable when walking as they are when I just sit here and admire them.
BUT - the new pair didn't have the tag with the info about Matt on it, which I found disappointing. Apparently they not only stopped manufacturing them really quickly, they also stopped putting the special tags on the ones they were making.
i must have gotten lucky with my carpedms. they had the special tag with Matt's picture on it and a brief dedication in his honor. i wish i could locate the hangtags but now i've misplaced them. it took a while to find the olive ones in my size, but i ended up getting them from realwatersports.com.
Just ordered a pair of carpe dms from surfcitysandals.com I have to search a while to find the womens not in white I am supered excited! I hope they get here before I leave for Bonnaroo!

I will try and get some carpeDM's soon, but it doesn't look like before Bonnaroo. I will probably be retiring my old pair at the tree though. I will be wearing my Sanuk's most of the weekend unless it's a mudfest.
