Found a Flamingo yesterday at Target to become Chuck and Lou's friend, then today Rubber duckies appeared in the Target dollar section. Oh yeah, such fun and giggles!! ;D
i went and bought 20 duckies yesterday (2 for a dollar at hobby lobby) and me and the bf sat and decorated them put cute little things to do or saying on the bottom with my signature x with roo '11 on them plus my inforoo name go find one saturday....might be lucky and get the one that says kiss a redhead oh and i got one more that is a cheerleader
I got some duckies, but where will we put them? It's not a typical fountain, right? Just water landing on the ground? I was thinking there would be a pool of water to put them in..

I am sooo bringing rubber duckies! I bought out the Dollar General yesterday and got 3 adult duckies and 6 baby duckies. I will hit the Dollar Store this weekend! Love this guys!
I got some duckies, but where will we put them? It's not a typical fountain, right? Just water landing on the ground? I was thinking there would be a pool of water to put them in..
Yay.. more duckies.. I have to write on ours yet and maybe decorate. Going to go back to page 1 as I recall Rynoia came up with some great lines.
Madeline - look at the bottom part of the pic - below the black and white strips. There is a small amount of pooled water there. But in general look over the pic- there are some 'shelf' like areas as well. Sometimes duckies sit on the shore and preen. ; ) Be creative.
And I LOVE MRoo's ducks. Picked up a cute not-glass, but breakable duck on one of my trips to Hawaii. Soon as i came home made a lei for it. Still have it - 15 years later. Love my 'quackers'! ;D

Well Madeline, I guess you can say it's not a typical fountain (unless Minnesota is even way more cooler than I thought). But yeah, there's alot of water everywhere for ducks to enjoy. I'm sure you'll feel it the first time you get under that water. Trust me. The ducks will be happy there.
I'm now excited to buy duckies when I buy the water supply for roo. We're setting up an inflatable kid pool under our canopy at our site and our duckies might hang out there until Saturday. If you see us come say hi, and feel free to take a duck home! :]
