Hey, my girlfriend and I are coming from middlesex, NJ
Anybody know of any good scenic stops or interesting sights to see on the way there or back? Thinking of taking our time this year and making a trip out of it instead of getting sick driving the whole route over-night
RI is on the board now too. 6 of us with a mixed number of ROO's and 1 Roo virgin. Our 'kids' come down from Burlington VT to RI - then we start the journey. Youngest 19 - oldest 58. And we have a blast!! Hope we meet some InfoRoo'ers. We are not doing VIP this time as the younger contingent likes to mix. Getting an RV about 4 hours out from the farm. Can't wait!!
Hey nicole--me and my boyfriend are also NYC roo first-timers and we would LOVE to find someone to carpool with...feel free to contact me (or anyone else in the NYC area up for carpooling).
I (22) am coming from the Albany area with my younger brother (20) for our first Roo.
We have an extra space or 2 in the car if anyone needs a ride.
I am most excited for Arcade Fire, The Strokes, The Decemberists, Sleigh Bells, and Girl Talk (along with over half of the lineup so far). There are definitely going to be some tough decisions to be made.
possibly could use a lift, meeting new people is awesome. I live in Angelica right now, but can get to anywhere pretty much by bus or something to meet up.
I'm pissing myself over getting to see The Black Keys, Sleigh Bells, Ray LaMontagne and F+TM finally. Such an excellent line up this year

I'm taking 86 outa n.y. onto I90, not sure if il have extra room but def going threw the southern tier. I used to live in angelica, what a boring town. Some good parties but other wise just antique stores..but as I said I used to live there so I can't say much.

that would be SUPER rad if you could fit me in, I would be eternally grateful. Yah, its horrible. I do nothing but work a crappy job and sometimes go to Letchworth to the Pines on the weekends for bowling and booze.
