Hello everyone! Going to Bonnaroo for the first time with a buddy of mine. The plan is to leave from Hoboken via D.C., and to leave Tuesday evening. Will be driving a minivan, so there might be up to two free spots.
Quick question, is it worth staying Sunday night at the camping lot, or is it a better idea to get a motel to clean up/relax etc... before the long drive home?

I would totally stay Sunday night. It's kind of like the after party of the whole weekend.

I've done both. When I stayed it was fun for a few hours, but the party ended early and we just ended up leaving early and hit traffic.
I usually leave right after (I have a friend that doesn't really party who drives the first leg) and beat most of the traffic back. I also have a job I could only get off until Monday for, so I have no real choice this yaer.
I have an RV leaving from Long Island around midnight Tuesday night. I have a few open spots for people to ride down with us. Hit me up if you need a ride and you are chill...

Hey! We're 3 of us going for the first time, from Astoria. We wanted to rent an RV and drive down, but were hoping to find more people to share the ride with. We want to leave on Thurs night and head back on Monday. Anyone interested?
3 Astorians going RV this year for the first time (camped last year). We are driving down from Indy on wednesday night (have a caravan going in the indy thread), so I doubt we can hook up before roo, but it would be fun to meet other NYC dwellers down there!
Heading out from Syracuse in an RV at about Midnight the 7th, once our two friends get up here in town from Newburgh and NYC that evening. 5 of us travelling down in that, with one flying in from California to meet us at our camp on thursday morning!
I have a friend in Upstate who can meet people anywhere who needs to be at the fest to volunteer by Wednesday =) Anybody who has any info on rideshares hit me up!

Me and my best friend are leaving Buffalo Wednesday afternoon to avoid BFE. Anyone who needs a ride from WNY/Toronto/Rochester reading this is welcome to PM or e-mail. We will be able to stop in Erie, Cleveland, Columbus, Louisville, and Nashville for anyone reading this aswell.

Hey Hey, I've decided to rent a car with my bf (28/35) and would love to give some people a ride - gas is crazy!! Prob room for 2 - leaving Early thurs morn (we both work wed) and coming home Sunday evening. I know we will miss a bit but its a helluva lot better than not going Message me if you are interested.
Was wondering if anyone has room leaving any time on Sunday going back to Long Island or NYC. Only need room for 1. I'll be chill and have gas money of course. Thank you! I would be so grateful to anyone who could help, send me a message if you think you can.

So, if anyone is looking to fill a seat and save on gas, message me. If a response is delayed, its cause my computer is broke and i'm buyin my ticket instead! I'm 29,basically dont drink(ive ingested alcohol twice in the last 5 years, I have an ulcer) but dont mind others drinking as long as they are not total apeshit drunks and more importantly, they arent driving. As far as other recreational activities, i like the color green,thats it, thats all, enough said. I also am a hardened night owl and can stay awake and attentive for very long periods of time and have driven this trip twice 08&09.

Im from NYC looking for some people to get down there with. I will rent a car, give gas money, anything you want. Me and my girlfriend are stuck with no ride because all our friends bailed on us. Let me know!!
