Smooth jazz/soul/r&b that I think would be perfect for a sundown set to relax to.
They're touring next summer with dates starting in mid-June. Only one date in Tennessee (Memphis). They rarely tour, so it would be a big 'get' for Bonnaroo (I didn't even know they were popular enough to be playing arenas...). And their tour starts too late to play Coachella, unless they do a special stop for it.

they're huge. any band that can stay away for 10 years and come back with a number one album and sell out tours is huge. this tour will probably sell out 8 months before it happens.
I agree they'd probably play Coachella first, but their tour dates make me think Bonnaroo is definitely a possibility.
