Haha, yeah I really did not want this to be an argument over what is "electronic" That why I said anything that would be welcome at Moogfest.
I feel like I've rehashed this list so many times but.. screw it

Oh god, Steve Aoki sucks so hard.
About genres, bands like Cut Copy and Empire of the Sun are just pop bands who use synthesizers, they're not dj's or producers who make their music on computers. Portishead is more experimental but I wouldn't say they were electronic either.
As far as Portishead is concerned, I think they can possibly be considered electronic. Electronic is a genre, like rock is a genre. They both have many sub-genres under them. Portishead, like Massive Attack, is trip-hop. You can easily group that under the category of electronic.
I'd love to see any or all of these...

Beyond the obvious (DP, Justice, etc.), I think Two Fresh closing a tent on Thursday would be incredible. I'd also love a LN show from M83 (a nice late chill show is great, like Sigur Ros was). In fact, add Jonsi to that, although he could do a nice sunset show as well. Massive Attack would also be great (the show at Moog was incredible). I'd also love a set from RJD2 since the Moog show was at capacity and I couldn't get in. That's a set I've been trying to see for years.
how 'bout a cheer for all those bad girls. . and those boys that play that rock and roll.. They love it, like you love Jesus ..it does the same thing to their souls...

Deadmau5's appeal to me was his amazing live set-up. Though I would be really happy to see it again, all in all it would be pretty lame if he came back with the same exact show

^ Just gotta say I'm loving the Fear and Loathing at Bonnaroo sig. +1
That was a working title for a short story I wrote about my experience in 09, but I decided to change it to make it less clear how blatantly I was trying to rip off Hunter's writing style
