This sounds good. The conflictaroos though...
Yeah. Unfortunately there would be like no way to see them all. Also, I think the word conflictaroos should be used much more often on these boards. Haha

LOVE FOR: Eddie Vedder solo on the main stage (yeah, aint happening), the White Stripes getting stuck on Which (YAY), Black Sabbath, Explosions in the Sky, MMJ, Robert Plant, Arcade Fire, Neil Young (in some form), and the Gorillaz
HATE FOR: Paramore, Simon without Garfunkel, and Taylor Swift (Were you fucking serious?!)
Also, this is the most unrealistic lineup in history. The top line of the bill should hold 5 or MAYBE 6 musicians... The following would fit on the top line: Black Sabbath, The White Stripes, U2, Paul Simon, Buffalo Springfield, Arcade Fire, Gorillaz, and Eminem, and everyone around here thinks Furthur should be up there too.
Yeah, that was really my first attempt, I kind of got carried away with huge names. I tried to make it diverse though.
T-Swift seems to me the only correct step in Bonnaroo's continued 'mainstreaming' which, while unfortunate, is unavoidable (KoL last year is the predeccesor for this line of thinking.) Still, T-Swift is great from both a financial perspective and a musical one (hear me out.) She'd surely fill the What Stage. She has a background in TN and I think is the right blend of pop and actual musical talent to pull it off. I think with some perspective T-Swift would be fine at 'roo. This is coming from a non-fan, by the way. I would be one of those pleased that there's less people at Buffalo Springfield, for example.
^Of course the above is pure speculation. The logic rings true to me though.
Paramore too is from TN and while you may not like them, there are many more who do. I don't see why they wouldn't put on a great high-energy show.
Paul Simon's solo work is enough for me personally
