I am considering either going VIP in 2011, or renting an RV and camping in GA. What are the pros and cons of each and which do you think is a better plan?
Pros of VIP - close proximity
Pros of RV - A/C, comfort
Am I missing others?
Also, where do RV'ers camp in GA? Is it a far walk, or does it depend on when you arrive to Bonnaroo?
Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.
leafsfan, most people do enjoy parking by their cars, as this prevents your car from having an out of vehicle experience.
P/S, I wasn't giving you any grief for making a additional thread on the topic (surely noD will do that for us), but rather implying that with the decent amount of feed back I got, that I decided to do VIP.
My thread was really between hotel or RV, but hotel was decided against rather quickly.

RV is a good option if you have access to one. I know renting one can be expensive, I'm not sure how it compares to VIP in price. The AC is a wash considering you have access to AC with VIP, you just won't be sleeping in it.
This past year there were 3 different areas designated for RV parking. One was very close and the other 2 weren't far at all.
I have been looking for a thread like this, one that will convince me to spend the money for VIP. I want to know form people who have camped GA and then camped VIP (or vice versa). I think I know the answer, but is VIP with the extra cash?
Edit: after a little research I found the forum and threads with the answers to my questions, See ya in VIP!!!
