Yeah apparently sales are going pretty good, but there will be plenty to go around. Dang I'm pretty excited to see Rusko again! Come on Bisco! Get here!

Well, some pretty cool adds. Never though I'd be jealous of the Disco Biscuit's festival, but they really put together a nice lineup. Several bands I wish Bonnaroo had booked...

I guess those rumors of Raja not being able to come back to the U.S. are false. I have little interest in a Shpongle DJ set, but Live would be pretty cool, I think.

I hear so many people talk about this guy like he is a god and he is the reason Shpongle is so awesome, but I read that he is just the flute player. Does having a flute player really make that big of a difference? Or is there just a big difference between a DJ set and a Live set? I'm not saying this guy isn't awesome I'm just curious and I don't know much about electronic music or Shpongle.
Haha don't quote me on that, but that's what I read on the Camp Bisco website. It says Raja plays flute and the guy Simon does pretty much everything else. Don't get me wrong, I think flutes are awesome, I'm just wondering if that's the only difference between a DJ set and a live set...
I gotcha, that vid looks pretty awesome. Either way, that Shpongletron Experience looks amazing, one of my most looked forward to Roo discoveries. Thanks for clarifying that though.

I could check them out if they performed with a live band, but I find the Shpongletron stuff a little boring, aside from the visuals of course, but musically it doesn't do much for me.
I feel the same kinda.. I've listened to an album by them and although it's pretty cool, it's just not my thing really. However, seeing them live seems like an amazing time (especially latenight ) ! I'm just hoping I can make it to Bisco this year..
Im pretty pumped about the additions. Jampes Murphy dj set, ratatat who put on a great show, the new deal, etc. What time do you guys arrive? I'm thinking gettting there at like 8am or so. Will I beat traffic?
I didn't even get there till about noon an I got in around 3 or 4. With the second gate added this year I'm sure you'll have no trouble getting there at 8.

Woo camp bisco! I didnt think i was gonna make it back but since I wont be able to swing Bonnaroo im all in for camp. I havent seen the Biscuits since last years camp so thats exciting in and of itself but also they got the #1 band i wanted to see added in Yeasayer and tons of other awesome shit like fourtet and james fucking murphy. the festival experience is great on its own, add a bunch of cool music and its really something special
I was lying in a burned out basement With the full moon in my eyes. I was hoping for replacement When the sun burst thru the sky. There was a band playing in my head And I felt like getting high.
It keeps getting bigger every year. I don't remember there really being much in the way of overlaps and conflicts before last year. With more music and more stages each year, there is more potential for conflicts. I guess, depending on your tastes, there may be a conflict or two, but it's nothing like Bonnaroo. I'm not sure about Shpongle, but I thought it was going to be the Shpongletron Experience.
is anyone from here camping together? i'm really beyond excited about this line up but i think i'll have to go solo and this would be my first solo trip so it would be nice to have some faces to look for.
Just go. Bisco is a great place to solo. I went with my friend and his girlfries last year but they were asleep by like 11 every night so most late-nights was me teaming up with strangers to go to sets. Everyone was super duper nice (obviously there are exceptions, but I didnt run into any sketchballs personally).
people on phantasy tour say that it doesn't come out until a few days before the fest, but i'm not sure if thats true. i've never been before, so it could be.
I bought my tickets last year after I came back from roo, so as far as timelines it all seemed to happen a lot faster last year. I just want to be able to plan my schedule since theres more stages this year.
