^ That's two long weeks before Bonnaroo. Plenty of time to get back and continue their US tour. Whether or not they are the answer to this clue, I'd be pretty surprised if they weren't at Bonnaroo this year.

Hello Inforoosters,
I'd like to formally introduce myself. I'm Gary Chardonnay, love child of Jay-Z, Michael McDonald, Arcade Fire, Paula Abdul (Pre-1989) and Daft Punk, as well as Radio Bonnaroo Clue Master. You may have heard of me, and now the legend has returned - after securing a substantial contract with Bonnaroo (of course).
I've been trolling the Inforoo boards and seen some folks blasting Katie on the Air. I thought it was time to explain the process we have with her: I drop off an envelope at the beginning of the week containing the clues, and the clues alone. Katie then records the clues for Radio Bonnaroo and helps in the programming. She has no idea what the answers are, unless she guesses, and cannot help to point you in the right direction. But that's why I'm here.
I'll be happy to offer more hints and clues, but I may also steer you in the wrong direction. Basically it comes down to this, I'll play nice if you do.
As an act of good will, I'll tell you this about Clue #2: To figure out this answer you may want to walk, not run.
Feel free to follow me (garychardonnay) on Twitter for more hints, keen life observations or helpful advice.
You don't run with Scissors in your hands. Or Shears.
This makes me obviously think of Cut Copy, but I threw that out as a guess to Katieontheair over tweet a couple days ago and didn't get a response.
That makes more sense than what I came up with. If you say the clue real slow, it sounds like, "Cecilia's dress goes here." Coat hanger would be an obvious answer; a Squarepusher song.
Guys, you really believe that's a guy who is going to help out with clues?
You're way too trusting.
These clues are like downed, live, high voltage lines, jumping and sparking all over the place. You figure, for safety's sake, the power company will intervene. In the mean time, who you gonna trust?

Does the answer have to do with scissors or shears?
What do you think Gary would consider playing nice? No trash talk about anyone having to do with roo?
It also means we need to play nice with each other. Yes of course don't beat up your DJ or bash those who put this wonderful event on but also allow those who have a different interpretation of the clue to have just that. Clues are gifts, we can read them how we please, just remember we will get a lineup in less than a month! Happy Hunting!

Models walk, they don't run while modeling on the runway. Vanessa Paradis is a model. "Sheer" would definitely apply to dresses being modeled. But, I get no positive vibe from this line of reasoning.
