this time she read clue 1 but i heard boarded not thwarted
Some people mentioned that the first time clue 1 played, it sort of sounded like boarded to me too. I think it was just Katie's speech patterns and/or sound quality making it sound like that, but it seems as if the one that just played was just the same exact recording.
you guys should just listen to radio bonnaroo and go to typeracer.com. thats what i've been doing to kill time, and holy crap, is it entertaining. haha

They have been replaying clue one since it was first announced, I've probably heard it at least 5 times today alone. They are probably just running behind like the first clue.
What happens if my tee shot lands on a bird's back and he carries it out of bounds but then is attacked by a larger bird who grabs the ball and drops it in the hole? Is that still a hole in one? 'Cause that's how I'm gonna play it.
Yeah, really not much of a problem. I mean, I'd prefer it if we didn't do this, but it doesn't really affect much and like you said someone else would have done it anyway. And plus, now that we've got our sub-forum and multiple threads we're way more organized anyway, and hopefully the website is helping a bit...generally I think we're pretty damn good at this!
But I do wish I could figure out why radio roo hates me!
I think Clue 1's biggest downfall, is that the creator of the thread didn't keep up with best possibilities. If that's done from now on, things will be much smoother.

No, but there were 20 pages in a half hour, full of a bunch of useless guesses, and some decent paths to take on the clue. Keeping track of those decent guesses, the way the "Rumor" thread keeps track of the decent rumors would've made it a lot easier to keep working on the clue. No one wants to touch it now though, cause they don't want to read through 45 pages to find good theories.

No they wouldn't have been solved....but it would maybe help limit the amount of repeat guesses if there was a list of the bands already guessed and why. Don't worry about it though....pepper will organize everything soon
