Clue #5 answer is Neon Indian. Neon fits the first part of the clue because of neon lights with "OPEN" signs etc. Indian fits the second part of the clue as they played last year and Ten Little Indians. Also the fact that they are from Denton, TX and that the clue was found there helps.

No yeah I know that's what heathen means but maybe they mean "strange to the farm" as in maybe the 10th anniversary marks the first time clue #5 makes an appearance at 'roo or maybe it's the other way around and it's someone who played in 2010? (reffering to "only Ten I see" supposing it means something lol)

I think it's a young band from Tennessee that played Bonnaroo before. Some band that don't fit between the other bands at the festival. A special genre of music?

Hey all, sorry I've been obnoxiously absent lately - had a busy weekend, plus the website got moved to a different server so couldn't be updated for a while anyway. I'll try to get it under control ASAP.
But first I just wanted to remind everyone of the word "young" in the clue, because I don't think I've seen a single guess that took it into consideration.
