Hi I have updates. First off, please make sure you are on this list. I have had a lot of responses and replies and words to read regarding our camp and may or may not be going a little To make me look a little more sane, everyone in our group gets a smiley!!!!! There are a few that are for specific folks, but I don't know a lot of you well enough to have personalized smileys, but you should still have one.
mcparkfan77 will be hanging out with Inforoo VIP for perks but camping in GA - hence the .5 we have on the number of members ;D
VIP RV's - I have had this smiley for way too long and finally get to use it campcrew iSkew & Sassbox & Bamabelle
Please see my post towards the bottom of page 4 or Scrogs first post in the thread for info on Camp Inforoo VIP 2011 signups. I do need this info because I will be sending out some info by email and an accurate car count will be very important to supreme victory. I will still be keeping a running list, but it seems like we have topped out for a while. As of now we have 53.5 Roosters in 28 vehicles and I am expecting the final car count to be somewhere around 30-32.
Sending me this info can seem like a pain in the but I do have my reasons for needing all the stuff I asked for. The better prepared we are and I am initially, the quicker the bonnaroo beverages will flow into our tummies

What is Camp Inforoo?
My name is Lorena and I'm going VIP this year with my brother Puka it's our first time going to Bonnaroo and I'm a little confused on the whole camping part - can anyone (meaning us) join?
I am so excited to go but I can't help feeling a little squeamish because it sounds so big and overwhelming - any tips for us camp-wise (besides the ones that have been mentioned in previous threads)?
Camp Inforoo is a large group of us on inforoo that make a huge camp, awesomeness in numbers if you will. We would love to have you join us, but only if you want. Bonnaroo can be a better experience for some if they go solo, for us, we prefer each others company. There is always someone to go to a show with, there is always someone chillin back at camp.
For VIP we will be meeting in Manchester about a mile or so from the entrance around 8-9 thursday morning and caravan in together. It is up to you if you want to or can join us, but all inforoosters are welcome. If not, stay up to date here and drop by our camp or brunch in tent only.

I asked this question in the camp inforoo on the main "that tent" board can we all wear our inforoo souvenir T shirts or what ever other articles we have? Reason I ask this is because in 08 Arlene and I wore ours multiple and we only saw one other person Attourneyroo. We were disappointed. Worse yet we never found camp inforoo.

I personally don't wear tee-shirts at Roo because they are too hot! I sleep in a tee-shirt but that is about it. I only wear sundresses
Don't know anything about that. The weather is nice. I hear some asshole is giving away 2 free tickets over in the What Stage, all you have to do is fill out a 50 question application and then do a "Happy Dance" at Brunch, sounds sketchy if you ask me.
Well, I got an update. I don't think Meredith and I will be joining you fine folks this June. We had it all planned but it looks more and more like going from the Roo to Europe is not going to work out. So you can take us off the list for now. I will miss all of you. If you're going to Super Ball IX, I will be there in Glen Close Camping. Have fun and we'll hopefully see you in 2012. As a side note, if anyone is looking to buy VIP tix, please PM me as I now have two for sale at face!

Alex, I am bummed you may not be there. You are the only one who has talked me into going into the What stage pit for Pete's sake!! I will be rocking out up there again in hopes that you will someday return to glory and claim your rightful place in Camp Inforoo VIP!!! As of now I will leave you on the list in case something changes so you will still get all the info.
edit: Everyone please be on the lookout for an email from me this weekend. I will be sending out a mass email to everyone on my list to ensure the addresses I have are correct. Just give me a quick reply with your inforoo screen name. I may get it done Friday, but more than likely it will be Saturday evening or Sunday.
Also, I have had a couple requests for specific smileys to be used on my list. If you have something you want, let me know and I will do my best to get it for ya.
So it looks like they are changing up the entrance times to Wednesday now. How is that going to work for the meet-up/drive-in? I will still be arriving Thursday AM.
I, for one, will still have to work a full day Wednesday. I know there are folks that are not planning on being in town til Thursday morning and already have hotels and whatnot lined up. I would imagine that out of the 50+ folks in our camp that there are going to be several that could not make it Wednesday. This is something to consider for next year though, for sure.
