There have been mixed messages on whether full Roth will return. It is on pretty good record that there will be some sort of SCI fest at some point during the summer. It is also widely reported that there is a large event taking place on the grounds the weekend before the 4th. It is still disputed whether these two events are separate festies or the same. It would seem strange that the SCI fest and Phish fest would be on the same weekends.

A friend of mine knows the person who organizes all of the handicap access stuff at Rothbury. She has been told to start organizing. But she doesn't know if it is for Roth or SCI

The rumored status has been changing frequently, but I'd say there's a decent chance of it happening this year. I've been lurking the past few months and most of the rumors are positive.
There's some pessimism, but that's pretty natural considering last year's circumstances.
