Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.
Surf N Tune gets my vote... it seems like a really fun lineup (Spinal Tap?? love it) Also, it seems fairly reasonable for a legit lineup... just not sure how i feel about the Cirque De Soleil

High Country Fest creators: One of my best friends played in the Royal Bangs for several years! But he left the band last year bc they are hipsters... so says he, the ultimate snob lol.

I lost my ever loving mind. I recounted both fests. Don't listen to me. I havn't had my coffee I guess Sorry, I probably counted a longer band that went to two lines as two different acts multiple times...sorry guys!!
I didn't mean to stir up anything or accuse anyone.
There can be a fair amount of wraparound on some posters.
I was just curious. I haven't voted yet, but was going to prioritize the my ballot against bands that violated the basic rules (3 days, 80 acts as I understand it) laid out for the fest.
Now I'm going to have to double-check all of these before I decide
I finally followed up on counting them all out. I counted every fest looking for baseline compliance: three days, eighty acts. I didn't realize there would be more non-compliant festivals than I would be able to omit votes for.
I say we should all let the festivals that followed the rules advance to Round Two and be judged on the merits of their lineups then.
All ten of these fests last exactly three days, that's not the problem. Eighty acts in a lineup is a different story.
By my best estimate, and feel free to correct me if I've made a mistake, I see lineups numbering at: Better Than Sex: 80 HerbnFest: 80 High Country: 80 Roguewood: 80 Heathwood: 79 (80?)* Bodieodo: 79 Surf N Tune: 80 Pueblo West: 76 DaliFest: 80 ArchFest: 77?** Twin Lakes: 80
* Depending on whether you interpret "Late Night Shows by Blue Man Group and Cirque du Soleil" as performing separately or together. I didn't see an asterisk between their names like I did with other acts on that bill, so I counted that as 79. ** Got too tiny to read. I counted 71 music acts, and presume that through the squinting I saw six comedian names... for a total of 77.
Question for nodepression: These are posted as you received them with no checking on your part, correct? Does a clarification from Heathwood matter at this point if lineups are final? I'm assuming my Blue Man Group/Cirque du Soleil question would get answered along with a schedule in Round Two, correct?
I never suggested disqualifying anyone for having less than eighty acts. What I favored was not giving our votes to the festivals that didn't. I figure we have enough eighty-act festivals that they could go against one another on their own merits, next round.

Alright, I'm going to take the top 7 from here. You guys all advance, work on a schedule for next Friday. I'm going to need these much like the poster in a jpg file from imageshack. The rest go in a second chance drawing with the poster I unfortunately forgot to add. That will be up tonight at some point.
