i am asking you please, reconsider your vote to bek. if we do vote her off, i believe this game will be over. if not, you can kill me next round, hell....i'll even vote for myself (whether kdogg likes it or not! )

So sorry guys, I didn't mean to hold up the game... I kinda had some devestation the past two days and it has prohibited me from doing my job around here.
EAP was by far the most suspicious person to me and has been for some time. I feel like her constant back and forth with sfa was a almost proof that one of them was mafia. sfa turned up dead and I think this was a ploy to turn the guilt away from her bc "why would she make herself look guilty?" right? I just don't buy it, my intution tells me otherwise and I am glad you guys seem to get that too... I just really hope I'm not wrong about this...
Whatever, jham... I think someone's just jealous that his union-busting teabagger buddies' best public display of muscle is but a fraction of what we've got out there opposing one of them here in Wisconsin. Not to mention the fact that they couldn't demonstrate this long or this strong without resorting to hate speech and violence.
100K people descended on Madison's capitol square to peacefully protest Gov. Walker's bullshit proposal and it was one of the most beautiful things I had ever seen.
^ This is but one corner of the square. I took this picture from a 4th story window in the WI Historical Museum near the height of the rally. I got a shout-out from Keith Olbermann ;D
Oh, and for the record, I'm less invested/interested in this game at this point than any other one I've played. Bigger and more important things are afoot here in the Badger State.

100,000 Strong? If the state feels that strongly about his ideas, its a wonder he ever got voted in in the first place.
Also, Kdogg, your state is currently approx $140 Million in debt, cuts have to be made at some point, when and where would you want the cuts to start?
Actually, nevermind, no need to derail the Mafia thread any further
First off, if $140 million in debt is as bad as you make it sound, surely Walker wouldn't have given out $117 million in tax breaks to corporations and upper tax brackets already... oh, wait... Second off, Walker is seeking $330 million in concessions from public employees unions - in addition to stripping them of their rights. I actually have no problem with the financial concessions being made; in fact I think they could be a bit higher, but stripping people of their given rights is bullshit and Not My America. Why is it yours? Third, your numbers are incorrect in that you actually underestimate in your assessment of my state's finances. Fourth, Walker won by five points in November. A poll released yesterday shows that if the election were held today, his November opponent would defeat him in a rematch by seven points - with four undecided. You have to suck pretty bad to move an electorate that much that fast.
I'll back out for now. You're welcome to come bring it in my thread "Scott Walker is GOING DOWN!" over in the Other Tent.
Because, you know, I'm actually okay with talking with people with whom I don't necessarily agree because that's part of the messy process that is democracy.

I've been reading Mafia games for awhile now (trying to work up the nerve to join one) and I gotta say the last two games have been realllllly strange. Games like this one make me scared to play. Trying to follow the reasoning is very difficult... is it just me or is it supposed to be this difficult to follow and understand?

^^It is a lot easier to understand once you're actually playing.... you should play. Also, it is a lot of fun if kdogg makes it further than the first round or so. I was gonna sit out the next game but I will play if you do!

I'll play the next round too! But only if you stop being such a sneaky no posting butthole!
For the record, I was on to you Noage!
Overall, the townspeople beat themselves. Thanks for nothing, Cheesehead Guevara. Sorry, Airline and Jham. Hope you guys see why I fought the way I did. I just knew something was way off.
