once the line up is officially out and i have a better idea of how many folks will be rolling down with us, i will know for sure if we will have room... if we do, your more than welcome. we're all hikers and i grew up in an at trail town, port clinton pa im sure if youve been planning youve heard of it... so i can't imagine having a problem with picking up another hiker. ill message you in a week or so an let you know whats up with car space.

Hey there Jpbrez, I would be the friend that Crewfan is talking about. (Hey Pa!) I'm starting April 1st down at Springer and should be in the same area as you around the same time as Bonnaroo. I haven't quite nailed down who amongst my friends is giving me a ride from the Trail to 'Roo and back but I've already had enough offers to know for sure that it's not going to be a problem. Might be my girl if she is able to get the days off of work, might be someone else from our 'Roo group...

good to hear, i still haven't work out any sort of arrangements and don't expect to until next week sometime. i can usually be found lurking between hertlien campsite and the pinnacle just north of PC on any given day if its nice out... keep an eye out for eventide, i got your back if you need a ride for supplies or anything once you meet rocksylvania

awesome my launch date is april 4th. i'll probably run into you a lot the first few weeks. we'll def have to exchange info beforehand (trail names and what not). awesome to know there's another thru-hiker bonnaroo bound!
it's occurred to me that jerseyhiker and myself won't see the schedule, cafe adds, and other possible additions until we get there. it'll almost be like blind bonnaroo/
launch date is getting close. i bumped up my schedule a day early, so i'll be doing the approach trail at amicalola falls on april 2 and officially starting from big stamp gap on april 3.
keeping a lookout for scavenger, eventide and rocksylvania.
if for whatever reason i cant coordinate a ride to Bonnaroo, i plan on hitching to the nearest greyhound station around june 6th or 7th. not sure how tricky that'll be in the shenandoah national park.
