Isn't it conceivable that Bootsy and Dr. John are on different nights to split up the Super Jam style acts? I see one being Friday and the other Saturday.

This seems very backwards to me. I know it makes sense to have funk before electronic music, but it makes more sense to have a funk stage and an electronic stage.

This looks good to me too. I think the late nights make perfect sense. The only minor tweak I think would be to have Girl Talk open for Bassnectar. I know both could play into the wee hours of the morning but for some reason I feel like Bassnectar will be closing that out.

Thanks..
That makes sense. I'll switch them for the next go-around.
So Waka's schedule just came out...They have bands starting at noon on Thursday...Do you think Bonnaroo will do the same?
Probably. Last year the first band to play at Bonnaroo was Joe Robinson, who played the Troo Music Lounge at 1 pm. Now if you're talking about in This, That or the Other Tent, not gonna happen.

I like some parts of this - i.e. Which Stage Friday, NOFX tent - but I doubt Bruce Hornsby would be the first to play on the Which Stage on Sunday (no matter how low on the lineup he falls) and I can't see Nicole Atkins headlining a tent.
Last year, the bands that opened the Which Stage were Trombone Shorty, Rebelution and Tinariwen. 2009 was Gomez, Ilo & the Coral Reefer Allstars (with Jimmy Buffett - not billed as Jimmy Buffett, not his band) and Mike Farris. Hornsby will either be 2nd on the What Stage or 2nd last or last in a tent.

I agree the Hornby and Atkins slots are a bit questionable. I'll need to work on that. On the other hand, Atkins has similar billing to Miranda Lambert who headlined a tent on Sunday last year. Of course, she wasn't the largest act to play that day...

Okay, I'm going to trade Amos Lee for Hornsby and put Cold War Kids after Nicole Atkins. To make room, I'll put Naomi Shelton first on the Which stage in the place of CWK.
Emoney serves more of a purpose than any of you, especially Nate, whose incessant, garbled ramblings are so mindless and pointless that I get depressed just seeing them.
you left out del mccoury. whenever people say they would never schedule a conflict like"blank vs. blank". i just laugh. of course they would and probably will.

Wow, if Carligula's is anything like the real schedule I'd be extremely happy. Besides the superjam, I wouldn't miss any of my "must-sees." The late nights look great too. Maybe you should send yours in as a suggestion

As far as late night goes, this is what I'm thinking:
FRIDAY
This Tent: Ratatat 12:00-1:30 Big Boi 2:00-3:30
That Tent: Pretty Lights 12:00-2:00 STS9 2:30-4:30
The Other Tent: 12:00-1:00 The Black Angels 1:30-3:30 Shpongle
SATURDAY
This Tent: Scissor Sisters 12:00-1:00 Girl Talk 1:30-3:30
That Tent: Dr. John and the Meters 12:00-1:30 Gogol Bordello 2:00-4:00
The Other Tent: Bootsy Collins 12:00-1:30 Bassnectar 2:00-4:00
As far as Wayne and SCI, I can't decide.
I feel like Girl Talk has to play in This Tent, since he played The Other in 07 and That in 09. Additionally, I feel like he has to close the tent. This could be a show where he plays way longer than he ever has before. He certainly has the material so there's no reason why he couldn't. Plus, he's more of a roo veteran than any other LN tent artist playing Saturday (perhaps tied with Gogol?). It just makes sense to me that Girl Talk, Gogol Bordello, and Bassnectar all close tents so that they can all play as long as they want.

I'm expecting Gogol Bordello will play on the same stage that Eugene is curating (probably on Saturday) to cap off the "Gypsy Punk Revue". If that's the case, I wouldn't expect them to stick in another of the 14 late night acts before them. It wouldn't fit the theme. If two late night acts played whatever stage that ends up being, then I would bet Gogol would be first. Otherwise, maybe they'll find a way to give them the stage all night (possibly scheduling Big Boi to split What stage duties with Lil Wayne on Friday) and we'll get that Superjam we've all been hoping for (despite it not being explicitly listed as a late night act).
