Obviously, nothing's official yet, but I have it on good authority that the Life is Good fest will be returning to Prowse Farm in Canton, MA this September!
I'm not 100% on the dates, but my best guess is the weekend of September 22nd
This fest was fantastic last year - only two days and two stages, but some great performances - Grace Potter, Ben Harper, and Trombone Shorty especially. The organization could use some improvement, but hopefully they'll have worked out some of the kinks in their second year.

Damn. This year I'm planning to hit up the all good fest, then the hangout music fest and smoke out festival. I hope I can squeeze in the life is good fest too.
If I'm really lucky I can also make the Straight Chillin Fest and good vibes festival too. /cliche festival names
