I just bought two tickets for roo, and it charged me twice. My entire bank account is now drained, and it states right on my receipt that i only ordered 2 tickets. I called my bank who said I have to call the ticket company. except they are CLOSED today. HOW in the hell can you be closed when you know a ton of people are buying tickets from you and might have problems? I dont know what to do. Any Ideas?

I had the same thing happen...well almost. After hitting submit it gave me an error message saying to return to the events listings and try again. Before doing so I checked my bank account..saw there is a hold..and emailed roo for help. Hopefully I still have a pair...didn't want to try again..as it would have drained my account for sure.
Same thing happened to me, entered my payment info the first time and got kicked out, entered it again and got my receipt number but its showing up two pending transactions in my account. Hopefully I'll only get my one order...good luck!
My bank said wait until wed. to see if the pending transaction "falls off" and if not then i need to contact them. I already sent an email and was sure to print out my receipt. I'm a college student with no job... my ticket was a birthday gift from my parents so all the rest of my money was being saved.... So if I cant get this money back. I'm essentially effed.

Well it is not like the money is stolen. I am sure it will get taken care of before the end of next week.
Had the same thing happen to me. I emailed the ticket place. I think its crazy that you can not talk to anyone on the phone about these problems bc they are closed. I really hope they get this figured out. If not I am one screwed person. This is kinda ruining the excitement of buying my too tickets
