My husband and I are talking about letting our teenager (16 y.o.) go to Bonnaroo with one or both of us as chaperones. I'm looking for anyone else out there from our area in the same boat. I want our daughter to have a good time but still be safe. I'd like for her to be able to meet up with some of her friends, see the shows she wants to see, and come back to camp safe and sound. Any tips for traveling with teenagers in this type of environment would also be greatly appreciated.
Wow, what a scary thought. As the father of a 16 yr old daughter I always want her to "spread her wings" but they are so curious of what the world has to offer at that age I would be afraid to take her to such a buffet of temptations! Of course every kid is different, so you will make the right decision for your family I'm sure.
