I have a question. Not so much for roo, but since we're talking about clif bars..... Are you supposed to eat those types of bars before or after you work out?
I really need to work on the whole energy balance thing... got the protein down though, since Beef Jerky is about half of what I eat at Roo. Makes for a lot of water i need, too...

I always have mine after I work out, but personally I can't stand eating anything before.
They're really a meal supplament bar so you get all of the necessary vitamins and minerals.
Cliff bar + large glass of orange juice (with extra pulp- grovestand style is THE BEST) = everything I could ever want.
Peanuts in shell (also makes for something to do while waiting for a show to start) Sunflower seeds Beef Jerky Protein bars (I like the ones Aldi carries in double chocolate or peanut butter, Luna Bars are good too) Chocolate (not in centeroo, but a couple plain hershey bars in the cooler are amazing)
I think half of what I ate last year was sunflower seeds and beef jerky.
Oh and for a gatorade sub, those packets for bottled water are good... look for the "fitness" or "vitamin enhanced" for the lytes.
This thread is reminding me how much I loved having pistachios (in shell) last year. Nice to munch on at camp, easy to pack for Centeroo, fills you up without making you feel groggy or heavy.
When I went to Bonnaroo pregnant, I brought string cheese - kept it in the cooler and tucked in my bag for Centeroo. It was surprisingly delicious in the heat. I found Clif Bars to be too heavy when it was super duper hot out.

and this year you get to experience them on the stage.
