The Flaming Lips have added a second Atlanta date 5/20, again at the Tabernacle and it is also a Soft Bulletin show.
I already have Hangout Fest tickets though and My Morning Jacket will most very likely be playing that Friday so it's a hard decision but I'll be sticking with my original plan and going to Hangout.
Hellz yeah. Just got a ticket to the Friday show. Mentioned to my mother that they were coming to town, and she wants to go... because she thinks Wayne is a "real cutie"! So she bought 2 tickets! I've seen 'em 5 times, but never been lucky enough to get onstage... so if anyone is attending the Thurs show, let me know where the animal wrangler is!

I've only seen em twice, both times at Bonnaroo but they are the second best live act I have ever seen. The first best, My Morning Jacket, so I know how hard that decision must be for you brother, either way, everybody is gonna get to experience something awesome!!!

They have yet a new animal wrangler recently so I don't know who exactly to look for now. Your best bet is to get there early, find some fans who are in costumes, have been there before you and just hang around them. I was able to get a dancer pass because I got to the front early along with some people dressed up. One of them knew Jake the animal wrangler and was able to get the group around him passes. Different wrangler yes but we'll all have the same goal.
