I've never been but realized this might be a good substitute for Electric Forest, seeing as how it's probably like 6 times closer than EF, lol. (and probably cheaper)
The 2011 dates are Friday July 1st at 10am - Monday July 4th at 4pm

This event rocks! Its got what ever you may be looking for in an event in a safe outdoor/camping setting but with lots of amenities. I go to allot of PEX events though out the year and went to the summer fest last year and had a blast.
Yeah. I'm really into visual stimulation and not ALL about music, so this seems cool. I wanted to volunteer last year, but they dont give you free admission for volunteering, so I'd rather just go and enjoy as a patron for now.
Was also thinking Playa del Fuego but this looks more fun (3 times more expensive but looks like there's more to do and more people)
