I have some friends that are going to Bonnaroo from out of state but will have no car to get around in.
Unfortunately, I can't make it this year's festival, but would like to meet up with them. Is there any place on the farm that I could go to meet them and pick them up on Sunday night?
If I am staying off site, can I leave and come back? The re-entry policy will not affect day parkers. You will be allowed to enter and leave through a separate toll booth on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. To get to the toll booth for day parkers use exit 111 from I-24 and follow the signs to the festival. If exit 111 is closed, follow police instructions and then follow the signs to day parking.

Yeah but they will have to do some walking, the toll booth by the Day Parking is your best bet but they are not going to like you hanging around there much so make sure they are there before you pull in.
