This is my first year going to Bonnarroo and my first post on this thread. I have a few questions on the overall experience.
1. How heavily is the car checked when entering? 2. Around what time does the first show start and the last show end? 3. Do they card? 4. Do you leave the last day or the day after?

1. How heavily is the car checked when entering? It is totally random, sometimes they will just eye it and others they will have you take stuff out and search everything.
2. Around what time does the first show start and the last show end? I can't remember exactly but I think around 4pm on Thursday (maybe earlier....) and noon on other days. They go until everyone is done. There is no set time for them to be over, except Sunday night when everything is pretty much over by 11pm.
3. Do they card? Does who card? at the gate, no I don't think so. At the beer vendors, I'm not sure but I've heard they mostly don't.
4. Do you leave the last day or the day after? You can leave whenver you want. I usually leave on Sunday night but lots of people stay until Monday and then leave.
