Shorts are not ideal for a few reasons:
They stick to you when you get sweaty. If you wear dresses you can sit on them on the grass comfortably. Port-a-potties - think about the logistics..... Dresses are cute! You really cant get any more comfy than a loose cotton sundress (unless you are naked ).
