The organizers released these clues in regards to acts that will be playing at a new venue for the fest: “This September, a visionary Paris-based composer, a Chapel Hill folk band, a seminal trio of Australian improvisers, an experimental Brooklyn siren and many more will take to Fletcher’s stage.”
My guesses: Yann Tiersen, Lost In The Trees, Dirty Three, Sharon Van Etten or Lia Ices

Dirty Three has got to be the Australian trio. Who else could it possibly be?
I'd also be shocked if the Paris-based composer isn't Rhys Chatham. For starters, it says "Paris-based" instead of "French" or "Parisian." Chatham is an American that's lived there since 1987. His electric guitar compositions are also a good fit for a primarily rock festival. The visionary tag fits, too.
