after some real research ive found out that its going to be at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. This place holds 150,000 people during a race! with use of infield and areas around and inside the infield this place will hold damn near 250,000 people im guessing.
I doubt they would want that many people there but this thing could be the biggest rave the states have ever seen.
