It's "$32.50," but it comes out to like $46+ with all the fees. I'm torn cause I've already spent a lot on festivals/shows this summer, but I've never seen him. Plus it'll be the first show(s) of his tour after his new album. Gah.

Exactly. I pay $46 bucks for few artists. Hopeful for fest dates next year.

Gonna be at the Holyoke show with a bunch of people because my friend bought a dozen tickets. Opted for the farther show because the venue out there seems to be much cooler than the HOB in Boston. Cant wait to see Bon Iver again, the show at Bonnaroo in 09 is still one of my favorites ever.

So I said fuck it and bought a ticket today. Got them in person at the box office so it was only $38 instead of $46. Plus I was able to get third row balcony instead of 33rd row first floor which is all that was showing up online. Nine weeks seems so far away...

Nine weeks is no time at all! nine weeks ago was end of March.. and that seems like it was just yesterday.
I'd definitely love to attend, but like many of you I'm already spending crazy amounts on concerts, fests, and other summer plans, and I don't even have that money to be spending in the first place haha. I seriously need to gain some control.. It's just so hard to resist good music

i remember seeing the last 2-3 songs of Bon Iver in 09 before Of Montreal before i was into them, and i remember how amazing justin sounded and how dead quiet everyone was in awe, this show will be awesome for all those going
Roo was not the greatest place for him... his show is surely meant for an indoor setting, and it just really lost something in the transition to the stage in 09. Still, very good show, but not quite as excellent as I'd hoped... the atmospherics that (IMO) really helped make For Emma one of the finest albums of the last ten years was totally lost at Roo, plus he had some iffy pitch problems here and there.
If he was playing closer and it was a bit cheaper, I'd be all over it. I just don't know how well the price would be justified.

First show in Milwaukee was really good. I would've liked to hear a couple more For Emma... songs, but that's my fault for never catching him/them on that tour. A couple people had mentioned them for a LN next year which I thought might've been a weird placement, but after seeing the cool light show I think it could work. This was during Blood Bank from the show I was at (not taken by me).
