I am currently backpacking but will be at Bonnaroo this year. I'm very excited. My Birthday is the 11th and I am so stoked to celebrate. My problem is is that although I am backpacking, I have no tent. I have a hennessy hammock which is great, but there will be no place to hang a hammock or put my stuff. So I am wondering if any kind souls out there would be willing to meet, talk, and possibly let me hold up in a tent or at the very least, store my bag in your car? You can email me or look me up on facebook or just reply here. Matthew.bryan.robertson@gmail.com

I'd appreciate it very much!
Thanks! Matt
Hmmmm. Where are you backpacking from?
We are going to be in the RV section but will have an extra car that will have to be parked in the regular camping area because Roo can't add a companion pass to my friend's order. You could use that space for your hammock. I'm going to have a pole driver with me. What size pole would the hammock need to support itself? I could haul those up too.
Also, I might have an extra tent for you.

Actually that is a good way to backpack in with a Hennesey. Smart on your part. You know that even if you do not hang those hammocks you can use a couple of stick's to hold it up right? Also you can even use those Hammocks to make drinking water. I shit you not there is an attachment to the rainfly where you can screw on water bottles even up to two litre size and while its raining it is channeling all of the water into the bottle. Worse case scenario you could get a couple of wooden dowl rods at Wal-Mart on the way in or even a couple of pvc segments and probably get them in the ground especially in light of all of the rain this part of the country has been getting and get a rdigeline up to hold up the hammock and make it into the pup tent configuration for it.Hopefully this board can get ya something better. A 10 ft pvc pole at Lowes of 1 inch diameter is less then $2.00. Get one saw it up get some connector segments and bam! Worse case scenario you will definently have your tent.

it has been one of the wettest aprils i can remember here in middle Tn. Not any reasoning behind me thinking this, but I think it will be a very dry june. which sucks because i like a little rain to keep the dust down.

I am backpacking up from the Tampa florida area. My ticket is being sent down here and once that happens, I"ll be making my up north! Any help would be greatly appreciated. My whole life is with me in my backpack and I would hate to get that swiped. I'd be sol if that happened. Anyway, I'm not sure what size pole would be best though.
I always bring extra fence posts and a driver to loan people for tarps and hammocks. I'm also going solo so an extra body at camp would not be a problem. I'd also have extra food and water which might come in handy. PM me as we get closer and we can exchange #'s, if you wish.
Note: I will be 50 this year so you'd be hanging with an oldster, at least when we are in camp at the same time.
