You would have to leave your car on all night unless you are hooking it up to a separate battery. Im not sur how long that would last but it might be feasible. Try it and let us know

I have done this for the past 2 years (using a 400w inverter that I bought for $30 on ebay and a small $25 golf cart battery). I ran 1-2 box fans off of the battery. The rig lasted for about 2 days, and charged my cell phone also. I added a marine battery also last year and that helped run the fans longer. Do NOT run the inverter off of your car battery as this will kill your battery and then your car will not start!!
