So, today is the 27th and I still haven't gotten my email confirmation about my ticket shipping. I finished the payment plan like.. 10 days ago. Anyone else who did payment plan still not gotten their wristband yet?
Somebody somewhere on this board contacted Bonnaroo and was told that they are trying to get all of the tickets shipped by today. I did the payment plan and was trying to give it until today to freak out if I still hadn't gotten a shipping confirmation email and I received it this morning. So yeah, get worried if you don't hear anything today.
When talked them they said everyone should have their their ticket by the beginning of next week. So if you don't get an email by Monday I would call. It took my tickets 2 days to get here
I never got any email confirmation, after order or when the ticket shipped, however I still got my ticket. Someone I'm going with ticket got lost in the mail(stolen after it was delivered?), so he is still waiting for a replacement to be shipped.
Funny enough I emailed and this is the response I got.
Hello,
We started the process of shipping all Bonnaroo orders the week of May 9th by purchase date. All orders will ship no later than today, May 27th. . You should expect delivery no later than June 1st.
Depending on when you placed the order or whether or not you used the payment plan is when your tickets will ship.
You will be notified via email as to precisely when your order has been shipped. You should expect your order to arrive approximately 5 to 7 days after you receive confirmation that your order has shipped. If you have not received your order and it has been 10 days or more since your order shipped please contact us at bonnarootix@musictoday.com and let us know.
Instructions regarding the RFID program and when and how to activate your wristband will accompany your order.
Last year we were on edge and got them late too so I can sympathize. Here's hoping all the worried people get the package they are waiting on really soon.

Also in the same boat - bought VIP on payment plan...
I'm sure we'll all be fine, but the whole thing seems a little more disorganized than years past. It could also seem that way to me, cuz i don't have my wristbands yet... but i legitly think it is messy this year.

I bought one second hand too. Got it and my officially shipped ticket yesterday and my girlfriend got her payment plan tickets today.
Don't worry guys! They are coming!

We're under a tornado watch and I just checked my mailbox.. in case a tornado were to suck them up. They weren't in there, of course. I just realized it's not only a weekend, but a holiday weekend. Soo we won't get them until Tues or Weds, huh?

My friend had her's shipped to me (issues with her mail carrier, so much drama) and it arrived yesterday. The package it was in and the envelope itself were all open. I'm less than impressed with the USPS right now.
I still haven't received mine though and I'm mildly freaking out. I haven't heard back from anyone yet. We're leaving for Nashville June 6th in the afternoon to visit some friends. Not sure what I'll do if it doesn't come.
I'm freaking out a bit too. I had mine shipped to my school address, but it didn't get there until after I left for the summer. I know it reached my mailbox there 2 weeks ago, and I have forwarding set up so it was supposed to get sent to my home address, but my school must have screwed up somewhere because I haven't gotten it yet. Needless to say I'm pissed at my school. Can I get that wristband voided and have them send me a new one?
