I drive a Jeep Wrangler, which have NO "trunk" space, so when I travel I always use this hitch mounted cargo carrier. It isn't a trailer, it doesn't touch the ground. On the Bonnaroo "Ask Gary" section, someone asked about one and he said they have to have an RV pass. Did the person just explain bad or do I really have to get an RV pass just to haul my cooler in? ...and if I don't really need one, what can I say to the person at the tollbooths who tries to tell me that I do? Thanks so much for any help and advice!
You shouldn't need an RV pass. You are not towing anything and your vehicle will still fit in a regular size parking space. Most likely the people at the gate won't even mention it.

That's what I am hoping. It's my first Roo....last thing I want is to have trouble right at the beginning....at this point, unless someone tells me something otherwise, I think I am just gonna let what happens happen and leave the stress at home!
