New guess is parade stops at Third Man Records Truck where Jack White does a short latenight set
If only... parade ended at the (I believe State Farm-sponsored) "Where Tent" ... actually at a weird elevated train car looking thing next to it, from atop which Portugal the Man played a set and uncorked a few bottles of Champagne and passed them down to the crowd.
Definitely an intimate setting for Bonnaroo. Cool if you are a fan of that band. 3 songs in their while stage lost power, but it came back 5 minutes later as I was walking away.
