But, you had it right in the first post; there is no rhyme or reason. I've arrived on Thursday every year between 12 -2, and I've been close enough to have a <10 min walk, one of the last spots in BFE, and everything in between. I've waited in line on the interstate for 4 hours, and I've driven up to a tollboth, pulled right in and parked. It just depends what exits are open, and which gate traffic is directed to
