Hey guys, Last week we camped next to two guys named Ben and Chris. On Sunday morning, Chris was hanging out at our site and you could tell he was definitely still messed up, but we weren't sure what he was on. His buddy Ben later told us Chris had been hanging out with Molly the night before, but I felt like he was maybe on something more hallucinogenic in nature. Anyway, after hanging at our campsite for a while, Chris said he was going to the restroom and walked off. His friend Ben had gone inside to see G. Love, so when Chris didn't come back, we figured he'd gone to find Ben. Ben got back an hour or so later and hadn't seen Chris, but he said he thought Chris might have friends there, so we weren't worried. My crew left around 5:30 or so Sunday evening, and Chris still hadn't returned. Today I asked Ben on Facebook whether he had ever found his friend. Apparently no one, not even Chris's mom, has been able to locate him since he wandered away. No one has seen or heard from him at all. He's from Knoxville, Tenn., and his mother is going to Manchester to talk to the cops. I thought I'd post something about him just in case anyone here knows anything. Chris is about 5'5" or so, has a shaved head, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing shorts and no shirt. Please send me a message if you know anything about him. Thanks.

First post, long time reader. I'm a Roo local and as a matter of fact, always always have worried about this kind of thing.
I just mentioned to my husband this morning, I was wondering if police/troopers/etc ever go out and check the wooded areas surrounding the farm for 'missing folks' after Roo. There are so many kids that just get dropped off via greyhound or rides and have no way home, phones are dead at end of the first day, and just have the carefree idea that they will find a ride somehow, someway.
Scares me.
I hope this guy shows up asap. Dorkfish, I wonder if you should encourage the other guy, Ben to call the Manchester Police Dept or Coffee County sheriffs office? 931.728.2099 MPD 931.728.9555 CC sheriff office
