It was good, but a dude fell out of the suite balcony during the intermission. Was out cold for 10 mins. Tried to fight the cops when he finally got up. Really thought this stripper dancer in the first row woulda fell. She was hanging her legs over the top of the rail while grinding on the guy she was with. Scary shit.

Talk about some wild and scary shit! Wow, that can definitely take away from some of the good concert vibes. Thankfully nobody was severely injured and the show (hopefully) made up for it.

This happened in the section next to me. Fucking cops shinning flashlights everywhere, dragging hurt people out. Totally ruined Danny's drum solo for us because all that was happening in my left peripheral vision. Luckily, I caught the show the night before in p'cola too and thoroughly enjoyed the encore that night without crazy shit happening. Highlight of nola show was Danny and Justin sitting in with Primus for Pachyderm and Maynard coming out for the encore dressed like this:
If you have a vehicle this is an excellent way to spend a morning in the Denver area. You'd be really close to Idaho Springs so you can visit St. Mary's Glacier and get some food/beer at Tommyknocker brewery as well.

Going to see Vanessa Carlton on Saturday. Pretty excited about it. Has anyone seen her on this tour yet?
I saw her back in November - it was a great show. It was just her on piano and another guy (I forget his name) on violin/electronics. It made the arrangements for her newer, electronic songs stick out more and the ones for the older songs feel more sparse, which was pretty cool. It was a short set, though - she played for only an hour. It was mostly the new album, and some of the older hits.
